The Los Angeles office of Robins Kaplan LLP is seeking an Attorney with 4-8 years of meaningful, hands-on complex litigation experience to join its Insurance Catastrophic Loss and Litigation Practice. This is first and foremost a litigation role, and we are seeking candidates with substantial experience managing complex cases, including written discovery, depositions, motion practice, legal research and writing, expert discovery, and trial preparation.The successful candidate should be comfortable taking ownership of assignments and collaborating with attorneys and litigation teams across multiple offices. Prior insurance experience is not required. The associate will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on significant and technically complex property, commercial, casualty, and catastrophic-loss matters, from initial coverage analysis and case strategy through discovery, dispositive motions, and trial.
Bar admission in California is required.

Los Angeles Salary Range: $220,000 - $285,000 annually. Ultimately, work location, experience, and other job-related factors will be used to determine compensation.
