Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years commercial real estate finance experience in sophisticated law firm setting.
- The ideal candidate will have large firm commercial real estate experience representing lending institutions in affordable housing matters.
- Experience agency financing transactions involving Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
- CA Bar is required.
