Downs Rachlin Martin PLLC (DRM) - one of Northern New England's largest law firms - is seeking an attorney with one to four years' experience to join the firm's Real Estate, Energy, Environment, and Telecommunications Group.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactions, permitting and regulatory compliance. Work will include a broad range of real estate, energy and telecommunications projects on behalf of a wide variety of clients.

This is a unique opportunity to join our team of industry-leading real estate, energy law and public utility professionals based across Vermont and Northern New Hampshire.

Requirements:
Research, analyze and understand specific areas of law. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school. Admitted to practice law (Vermont or New Hampshire a plus).

Desired Qualifications:
Experience or advanced degrees in real estate, environmental, energy or telecommunications.

The expected base pay range is $84,000 - $104,000 a year, with opportunity for bonuses. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

This is an in-person position and occasional travel to other DRM offices may be required.
