Description:Downs Rachlin Martin – one of Northern New England's largest law firms – is seeking an experienced Corporate/Commercial Associate Attorney to join its Burlington, Vermont office. The ideal candidate would have a strong interest and aptitude in business transactions. DRM's business law group is engaged in a wide variety of transactions locally, nationally and internationally, including debt and equity financing transactions, sales of businesses, acquisitions, intellectual property transactions and joint ventures. The ideal candidate has 3 to 6 years of experience in a corporate or commercial law practice, and wants to be part of a team of attorneys committed to delivering top-quality service to growing and successful businesses.
