Lowenstein Sandler is seeking a Counsel-level real estate attorney to join our dynamic Real Estate practice. Candidates should have 6+ years of experience with a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, joint ventures, financing and development, with specific experience related to data centers and digital infrastructure. This position can be based in our New York City or Roseland, NJ office. Please click on More Info.The expected salary range for candidates in class years 2020 through 2018 is $390,000 to $435,000. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
