Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with a strong background in Dental/Medical Malpractice defense litigation.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in defense litigation cases involving Dental/Medical Malpractice.
Conduct thorough legal research and develop effective case strategies.
Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs.
Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions (virtually or in-person as required).
Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes.
Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and best practices in litigation defense.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
5-8 years of experience in litigation defense, with a focus on Dental/Medical Malpractice.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and oral/written communication skills.
Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw) and case management software.
Ability to independently manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
