Description:
A Multidisciplinary, International Law Firm is seeking an attorney with 4-8 years of experience for
its Real Estate business unit in its Chicago, IL office. This attorney
will be responsible for drafting and negotiating documents for
commercial real estate transactions and real estate loan transactions.
Qualified candidates must have experience with diverse, commercial real
estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, loans,
development, management, and leasing. Candidates with experience
representing real estate development clients as well as experience with
general corporate and transactional matters are preferred. Successful
candidates must be detail-oriented and should possess a solid work
ethic. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills are
also required. All candidates must be currently licensed to practice
law in the State of Illinois. This position requires a minimum of 3 days
