self-starter and someone who possess a strong ability to develop and deepen relationships with clients, customers, loan officers and agents
a team-player able to work independently and collaboratively
organized and an excellent communicator, written and verbally

Qualifications:

Individual must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
A solid understanding of purchase money transactions and all overall aspects of the closing process
Proven track record of representing buyers and sellers from contract to closing
