Boston law firm A Law Firm, a premier boutique firm, is seeking a real estate attorney to join its transactional practice. The firm provides legal services to nonprofit, for-profit and public clients operating in the areas of real estate development and finance, affordable housing, health and human services, civil litigation, employment, and education.

Qualified candidates will have at three to seven years of experience in real estate law. The successful candidate will have top academic credentials, excellent writing skills, a superior work ethic, the ability to think strategically and the desire to undertake complex transactions. Massachusetts bar membership or the ability to waive in is required.

The attorney will have the opportunity to engage in a full range of real estate legal work, including borrower and lender representation in acquisitions and dispositions, land use, construction and permanent financings, and commercial leasing. Experience with title, land use permitting, design and construction contracts, condominiums and affordable housing finance are a plus.
