What You'll Do:
- Assist with a variety of real estate matters, including commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and development projects
- Work with builders, developers, investors, and property managers on transactional and operational real estate issues
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on contract drafting, due diligence, title review, and closings
What We're Looking For:
- Prior real estate experience; prior experience with commercial transactions and financing is a plus
- Familiarity with title review, purchase agreements, leases, and real estate financing documents
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
- Candidates in the Syracuse area
