What You'll Do:
- Assist in a variety of corporate matters, including entity formation, venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and general business counsel
- Work with clients in emerging and IP-rich industries
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on deal structuring, due diligence, and contract drafting
What We're Looking For:
- 3–6 years of corporate experience; prior M&A or venture experience is a plus
- A background in intellectual property or industries such as software, biotech, or engineering is helpful
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team
- Candidates in the Syracuse or Albany area as this is a hybrid position
