experience. This position affords significant client interaction and
requires a high level of responsibility within a team-oriented
environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a
variety of sophisticated real estate transactions, including
acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and/or secured
financings. Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiating
