About the role:
We are currently seeking Attorneys with 3-7 years+ of experience working in a Trial l Firm handling insurance defense matters to join our Statewide First Party Property practice. The ideal candidates should possess strong skills in writing, oral advocacy, analysis, and research, with a preference for federal court experience. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.

Responsibilities:

Handle First Party Property matters Statewide (FL).
Conduct legal research and analysis
Provide oral advocacy in various legal settings
Work on writing and drafting legal documents
Must be Admitted & in good standing with the Florida Bar

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3-5 years or more experience working as a Trial Lawyer in a Defense Firm in the FPP area or alike practice.
Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
Ability to conduct legal research and analysis
