The SE Michigan office of A National, Full-Service Law Firm is seeking an attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group as an Associate. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of commercial real estate experience, strong transactional skills, and a track record of negotiating, managing and closing acquisitions, dispositions and related financings.Candidates must demonstrate excellent analytical, writing and communication skills. They should also exhibit the energy, drive and desire to work in a high volume, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail. Additionally, candidates should either be admitted in Michigan or have the ability to waive into the Michigan bar. Competitive salary and benefits will be paid and consideration for partnership will be commensurate with experience.
