Dykema's Real Estate group seeks an associate with 3–6 years of commercial real estate experience to join its Chicago office. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions as part of a nationally recognized real estate practice representing developers, lenders, investors, and owners across a broad range of industries. The ideal candidate will have experience with commercial real estate matters, including financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and leasing. Candidates should possess strong drafting, organizational, and client-service skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, and admission to practice in Illinois is required. Salary range: $188,000 - $220,000.
