Brown Rudnick seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate, ideally with three to four years of relevant commercial real estate experience, to join our Real Estate group in Boston. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, as well as experience drafting and negotiating related transaction documents. Experience with land use, permitting, zoning, and development matters is a bonus.
Brown Rudnick represents sophisticated large, national, multinational, and regional clients in complex commercial real estate matters, including developers, owners, investors, lenders, and other market participants. This role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility and work closely with a collaborative team on sophisticated, high-value transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and development projects across a diverse range of asset classes and markets.
Qualifications:
- Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm or other experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Three to four years of relevant commercial real estate transactions experience.
