Carlton Fields is seeking an associate who has three to six years of insurance coverage litigation experience (including bad faith) to join its Miami office. A demonstrated understanding of insurance coverage and bad faith insurance issues is a must. Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated writing skills are required. The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
