The Miami office of An American Multinational Law Firm is seeking an associate for the Real Estate Group. Candidates should have at least three years of experience and must have experience with lending, real estate joint ventures, development and/or leasing. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, including mortgage loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements and leases. Candidates must have exceptional academic credentials, and be admitted to practice law (or eligible to obtain admission promptly) in Florida.The firm is not currently accepting agency submissions for this position.
