As an Of Counsel you will have the opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters including novel financing deals in the energy transition space.

Experience:
- Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
- Experience handling transactions in the area of financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with proven experience in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
