Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking a finance associate to work in its Project & Energy subgroup, with a focus on energy transition financing matters. This position could be located in any of our US offices. As an associate you will have the opportunity to work on internationally recognized matters including novel financing deals in the energy transition space.

Education:
  • JD
  • Bar Admission
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Experience:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in energy transition finance matters.
  • Experience handling transactions in the area of financing and M&A of energy transition projects and companies, with proven experience in tax equity and other renewable energy tax credit monetization matters.
