The Los Angeles and Torrance offices of Kaufman Dolowich LLP, a nationally recognized law firm named by U.S. News as one of the “Best Companies to Work For – Law Firms,” are seeking an experienced Professional Liability Attorney with a minimum of four years of experience in business litigation.This position offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing national firm of over 200 attorneys, while working closely with a highly collaborative team, focused on delivering top-tier legal representation, and fostering a strong culture of teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in motion practice and trials
- Handling a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents

Qualifications:
- JD degree with excellent academic credentials
- Admittance to practice in California
- 4+ years of experience in business litigation
- Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
