Summary:As an Attorney at Kayser Law Group, APC, you will be instrumental in providing legal counsel and representation to our clients. This role demands a strong understanding of Trust and Probate law and a commitment to assisting our clients with a swift resolution of their case.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in probate law, trust administration, and estate planning cases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Utilize Clio for client and time keeping management.
- Draft clear and persuasive written communications for court filings and client correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of case progress and client interactions.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide informed counsel.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge in probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning.
- Proven experience in legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on client advocacy.
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships.
