Your Role:
As an integral member of our close-knit team, you will:
- Guide and represent clients through probate administration with professionalism and compassion
- Represent clients in guardianship administration matters
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships through clear communication and empathy
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver thoughtful, high-quality legal solutions
What you bring:
- Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in probate and guardianship
- Trust law experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A client-centered, compassionate approach to legal practice
- The ability to manage a caseload effectively while contributing positively to a team-oriented culture
