Role Expectations:
  • Proficiency in Estate Planning.
  • Proficient in guardianship and techniques for probate avoidance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire process, from the initial handover by the sales team to successfully closing the case file.
  • Serve as the primary attorney specializing in estate planning and probate matters, directly engaging with clients to achieve their objectives.

Qualifications:
  • The candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with strong references to support their expertise.
  • A background of at least 3 years in estate and trust administration and probate is essential for this role.
  • It is required that applicants are graduates of an accredited law school and hold a valid license to practice law in Florida.
  • Residency in Florida is a mandatory prerequisite for this position.
  • Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States to be considered for this role.
  • The role requires you to work on-site at our office (NOT A REMOTE POSITION).

Compensation:
$120,000 - $140,000 yearly
