We're a growing practice focused on business entity formation, estate planning for clients across all socio-economic backgrounds, assisting elderly and disabled individuals with government benefits, and handling guardianship and probate matters.

Key Responsibilities**:
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with proper citations.
  • Conduct research on statutes, case law, and complex legal issues.
  • Appear in state courts for negotiations, advocacy, and trials.
  • Review documents and records; interview prospective clients.
  • Provide tailored legal advice and consultations.
  • Use case management software for time tracking, record maintenance, and performance reporting.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training seminars, and community activities.

Requirements**:
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the State Bar (no disciplinary complaints).
  • At least 5 years of experience in business, estate, and/or elder law.
  • Established client base and consistent referral sources.
  • Litigation and trial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze complex documents, respond to sensitive inquiries, and deliver effective presentations or writings on intricate topics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management software, and time entry systems.
