Law Firm Seeking Full Time/In-Office Estate Planning/Probate Associate

Join a successful team with growth opportunities. We're seeking one to two full-time associate attorneys (pre-existing book of business not necessary) to effectively handle estate planning and/or probate administration and litigation matters.

Specifically, the associate attorney will focus his or her practice on estate planning and/or probate litigation. The candidate should be a good oral communicator, storyteller, and educator. A “good” character flaw of this candidate is absolute precision (spelling or grammatical errors are not acceptable; the willingness to independently stay updated on advancements or changes in the field is expected).

This role requires an attorney to educate clients in a real-life manner; being able to engage with clients as real people is a must. Finding the candidate with the requisite skills required for this work is top priority in filling this role, not necessarily prior experience.

Candidates with at least two years experience in the fields of probate and/or estate planning will be highly preferred, but experience is not necessary for the right candidate. Candidates without specific, verifiable experience in estate planning or probate are encouraged to apply, but will factor into salary range.

Salary range offered is $75,000.00 to $140,000.00 plus bonus/commission available. Other benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, professional development/training/continuing education, paid maternity/paternity leave.
