Description:

Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate with at least five years of experience to join its Private Client Services group. The ideal candidate will have experience in estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration, with a preference for candidates who have experience preparing estate and gift tax returns. Strong academic credentials, excellent research, writing and drafting abilities, as well as strong oral and written communication skills required. Candidates should demonstrate the professionalism, judgement and motivation needed to serve high net worth clientele with a range of backgrounds and personalities. An LL.M., CPA designation, or other evidence of technical tax knowledge preferred but not required.

This position is open to all offices with a strong preference for our Arizona offices. State Bar membership is required in the jurisdiction in which the attorney will be practicing, or ability to be admitted thorough reciprocity within one year of hire. Open to hybrid work arrangements with potential for full virtual after an extended time.

The annual compensation range for candidates is $212,000 – $330,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
