E-Discovery Attorney
Singleton Schreiber, Llp Is Seeking an Experienced and Strategic E-Discovery Attorney to Serve as The Firm's Subject-Matter Expert on Electronically Stored Information (esi), E-Discovery Strategy, and Advanced Litigation Technology.
The E-Discovery Attorney Will Advise Case Teams on Best Practices for Esi Management, Early Case Assessment (eca), Review Strategy, Analytics-Driven Workflows, and Defensible Production Protocols. This Role Will Leverage Advanced Technology, Including Ai-Assisted Review and Technology-Assisted Review (tar/cal), Within the Firm's E-Discovery Platform (everlaw), to Ensure Efficient, Cost-Effective, and Defensible Discovery Practices.
This Position Works Cross-Functionally with Litigation, Operations, It, and Trial Teams to Ensure the Firm Remains at The Forefront of Innovation, Compliance, and Strategic Data Management in Complex Litigation Matters.

Salary and Benefits:

- Lead Implementation of Technology-Assisted Review (tar/cal) to Reduce Linear Review Time and Control Discovery Costs.
- Leverage Everlaw Ai Capabilities for Document Prioritization, Summarization, and Issue Identification.
- Ensure Review and Production Processes Are Defensible, Efficient, and Aligned with Litigation Strategy.
Project & Vendor Management
- Oversee and Coordinate with External Legal Service Providers, Vendors, and Co-Counsel on Collections, Hosting, Review, and Productions.
- Monitor Budgets, Timelines, and Quality Control Across E-Discovery Matters to Ensure Cost-Effective Delivery.
- Assist in Building and Scaling the Firm's Internal E-Discovery Project Management Function, Including Coordination with Forensics, Collections, Review, and Production Specialists.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Litigation, Fires, Operations, Training, and It Teams to Align E-Discovery Practices with Firmwide Objectives.
- Support Trial Teams by Transitioning Reviewed Data Into Trial-Ready Formats, Including Exhibit Preparation and Case Narrative Development.
- Serve as A Strategic Advisor to Attorneys on Litigation Technology and Discovery Risk Mitigation.
Innovation, Training & Best Practices
- Stay Current on Industry Trends, Case Law Developments, and Emerging Technologies Related to E-Discovery and Esi Management.
- Identify Opportunities to Improve Workflows, Reduce Risk, and Increase Efficiency Through Technology Adoption and Process Improvement.
- Contribute to Internal so Ps, Training Materials, and Attorney Education Initiatives Related to E-Discovery and Litigation Technology.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (jd) from An Accredited Law School; Active Bar Membership in At Least One U.S. Jurisdiction Required.
- 5+ Years of Demonstrated Experience Advising on E-Discovery Strategy, Esi Management, and Litigation Technology in Complex Matters.
- Hands-On Expertise with Modern E-Discovery Platforms, Particularly Everlaw or Comparable Tools.
- Strong Understanding of Tar/cal, Analytics-Driven Review Methodologies, and Defensible Discovery Workflows.
- Experience Managing Vendors, Budgets, and Multi-Matter Discovery Portfolios.
- Ability to Communicate Complex Technical Concepts Clearly to Attorneys, Clients, and Non-Technical Stakeholders.
- Strong Organizational Skills with The Ability to Manage Multiple High-Priority Matters Simultaneously.
- Prior Experience in Large-Scale Litigation, Mass Torts, or Complex Commercial Discovery.
- Experience Developing so Ps, Training Programs, or Internal Best Practices Related to E-Discovery.
- Demonstrated Interest in Legal Technology Innovation and Process Improvement.
