Faegre Drinker is seeking a seasoned associate attorney to join our Private Client practice in the Philadelphia office. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated estate planning, estate and trust administration, and transfer tax matters for high-net-worth individuals, families, fiduciaries, and closely held businesses. The associate will collaborate with attorneys across offices and contribute to a growing, team-oriented practice with a strong commitment to client service.Required Qualifications:
- Six or more years of experience in estate planning, preferably with an emphasis on transfer tax planning for high-net-worth individuals.
- Familiarity with trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings, trust administration, and gift and estate tax returns.
- Ability to produce high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar, or eligibility to waive into the Pennsylvania bar promptly after hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in New York or New Jersey, in addition to Pennsylvania.
