The rapidly growing Philadelphia office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 5 - 8 years of defense-side complex litigation experience to join the firm's Employee Defection and Trade Secrets Practice Group. Ideal candidates will bring meaningful experience managing sophisticated matters independently, as well as a desire to grow a book of business.About the role:
Qualified candidates will have significant experience handling complex litigation and/or restrictive covenant and trade secrets litigation from inception through resolution, including:
- Preparing and responding to cease and desist letters
- Prosecuting and/or defending temporary orders, special injunctions, preliminary injunctions, and expedited discovery
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery and forensics strategy
- Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials
- Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with litigation teams
