We are an AV-Rated Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm with a strong reputation for success, professionalism, and a collaborative, drama-free work environment. Our firm is growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated Pre Suit Personal Injury Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in personal injury law. This is a hands-on, in-office position with real opportunities for growth and advancement.
Who You Are:
- A licensed Florida attorney in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of direct experience litigating personal injury cases.
- Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
- Recent law school graduates and candidates without PI litigation experience will not be considered.
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Detail-oriented, confident in court, and eager to work in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through trial (if necessary).
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build strong case strategies.
- Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $100,000 $150,000+ depending on experience.
