A Personal Injury Attorney in Phoenix, Arizona is a 100% plaintiff's personal injury based law firm in Central Phoenix, AZ. We are experts in our area and are looking to add to our dynamic team! The Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for handling a moderate case load of pre-suit personal injury cases and will work with a case manager & other team members to build matters for successful settlement and/or prepare for litigation. Specifically, this lawyer will medically manage clients to assist in their complete recovery, gather evidence, speak with adjusters and defense lawyers regarding status and/or resolution, update clients regularly, work with medical offices and healthcare insurance providers regarding lien resolution, and ultimately obtain top-dollar settlements for clients or refer cases to our litigation department.

A Personal Injury Attorney in Phoenix, Arizona is highly systematized and maintains detailed parameters regarding how cases are built and resolved. In that regard, our attorneys are provided with a fair amount of guidance on the development of cases as they move through the various phases. At the same time, we allow for great flexibility depending on the lawyers experience level, which will allow you to grow substantially with the firm and have a working hand in how we serve clients. In addition, while not required for this role, if the successful attorney has litigation experience, this position could allow for you to handle arbitrations and some larger cases depending on knowledge base or willingness to learn.

This is a full-time in-office position. We are flexible on scheduling days/times.

Responsibilities:
Assist the team in opening, building, settling, and closing cases.
  • Prepare demand letters and respond to insurance and 3rd / 1st party inquiries regarding case status.
  • Investigate cases and ensure evidence is preserved.
  • Keep an organized file, learn our software and complete all checklist items in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues. We try to keep it light hearted and fun in the office.
  • Work with a case manager to medically manage files.
  • Evaluate cases and meet with the Managing Attorney regularly to discuss projections.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years personal injury (plaintiffs or defense) experience (litigation is a plus, but not required)
  • JD from an accredited law school & active Arizona bar license
