Responsibilities:
- Drafting Demands: Prepare and draft demand packages for personal injury claims.
- File Audits: Conduct audits of case files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordination with Case Managers: Collaborate with case managers to delegate and oversee tasks related to claims processing.
- Department Supervision: Assist the Director of Pre-Litigation in supervising departmental operations and procedures.
- Statute of Limitations (SOL) Monitoring: Monitor statutes of limitations and ensure timely action on cases.
- Case Evaluations: Evaluate claims for merit and provide recommendations for case strategy, including transitions to litigation when necessary.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active California Bar membership.
- 0-2 years of experience in personal injury law.
- Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
