Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney handling Prelitigation Personal Injury cases at Straub & Zumwalt in Houston, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in various legal proceedings related to personal injury cases. The Associate Attorney will primarily be handling a prelitigation docket, with opportunities for litigation tasks. Experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

• Negotiation skills
• Strong research capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in personal injury law is a plus
