- Oversee the pre-litigation process for assigned cases, from initial intake to settlement.
- Manage a pre-litigation caseload and supervise a team of pre-litigation assistants.
- Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases. Analyze fact patterns to determine coverage and establish liability.
- Conduct medical case reviews.
- Manage cases to ensure clients receive necessary medical treatment. Communicate with clients regarding their claims and treatment plans
- Handle client inquiries and manage their expectations.
- Negotiate settlements effectively.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing a demanding caseload.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of personal injury law.
- Experience in settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
- Spanish fluency is a plus.
