About the Role:
This position is ideal for a highly motivated attorney with 5+ years of experience and an extensive background in personal injury law. You will oversee pre-litigation case development while also managing civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and Managing Attorney, offering a unique opportunity to shape firm processes and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee and manage a high-volume caseload in both pre-litigation and litigation phases
  • Draft and review pleadings, discovery, and legal documents
  • Appear for hearings, depositions, and court proceedings
  • Evaluate and onboard new cases and meet with potential clients
  • Supervise and audit case progress while mentoring support staff
  • Develop and execute case strategies from intake through resolution
  • Maintain consistent, compassionate client communication

What You Bring:
  • Licensed California attorney with 5+ years in litigation and personal injury
  • Deep understanding of medical treatment protocols and PI case valuation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and processes
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Passion for justice and empathy for clients going through challenging times
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team
