With offices in Woodland Hills and Redwood City, our practice focuses on civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and employment law.
We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who is eager to gain hands-on litigation experience, work closely with experienced practitioners, and develop professionally in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in various stages of litigation and legal proceedings
- Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice on disputes and transactions
- Negotiate settlements and contribute to case resolution strategies
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
- 1–5 years of litigation experience (experience in personal injury, construction defect, or employment law is a plus)
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience and performance
- Bonus Potential: Quarterly performance-based supplemental income

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
