Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee, LLP (GDEL) is a respected, mid-sized boutique law firm known for its collaborative culture, long-tenured team, and commitment to delivering excellent results for our clients. With offices in Woodland Hills and Redwood City, our practice focuses on civil litigation, including insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect, and employment law.

We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney who is eager to gain hands-on litigation experience, work closely with experienced practitioners, and develop professionally in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
  • Represent clients in various stages of litigation and legal proceedings
  • Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice on disputes and transactions
  • Negotiate settlements and contribute to case resolution strategies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards

What We're Looking For:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
  • 1–5 years of litigation experience (experience in personal injury, construction defect, or employment law is a plus)
  • Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Salary: $125,000–$155,000 annually, depending on experience and performance
  • Bonus Potential: Quarterly performance-based supplemental income

Work Environment:
This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Woodland Hills office. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
