Prestige Legal Solutions, P.C. is a Los Angeles-based law firm specializing in California lemon law. We represent clients across the state who have purchased defective vehicles that qualify as lemons.We are seeking a Post-Bar Law Clerk to support our attorneys in all phases of Lemon Law litigation. This position is ideal for a recent law school graduate who has taken (or will soon take) the California Bar Exam and wants to gain hands-on experience in a consumer protection practice.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, oppositions, replies and other supporting documents, discovery responses, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on Lemon Law and related statutory issues.
- Review case files and assist in developing litigation strategy.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and experts in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist attorneys with settlement negotiations and trial preparation.
- Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filing of all documents.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Sitting for or awaiting results of the California Bar Exam.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in Lemon Law, consumer protection, or civil litigation preferred but not required.
