Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation AttorneysOne of New York's top plaintiff personal injury firms is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our growing team! We are hiring for multiple positions. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience handling New York construction accident claims, municipal claims, automobile accident cases, and general negligence claims. A proven record of successfully resolving personal injury cases, strong case management, and litigation skills will be considered. These positions offer the opportunity to play a key role in advancing complex cases and contributing to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex personal injury, automobile accident, and municipal claims matters from inception through resolution/verdict.
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and trials.
- Strategize and execute case plans to maximize outcomes for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to advance cases efficiently.
- Contribute to firm operations, growth, and departmental initiatives.
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
- Minimum of 3 years litigation experience.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and procedure.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
