This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Attorney based in Edwardsville, IL, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Associate Attorney will conduct legal research, prepare pleadings and legal documents, provide legal advice to clients, and represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role also involves collaborating with the legal team to build strong cases, offering thoughtful legal strategies, and pursuing the best outcomes for clients in personal injury and mass tort litigation cases.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in plaintiff personal injury legal practice
- Strong abilities in Legal Advice and Research
- Demonstrated skills in Negotiation and client advocacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Illinois or Missouri
- Experience in personal injury, mass tort, or civil litigation is preferred
- Commitment to delivering client-centered legal services with empathy and professionalism
