About the Position:The Fink Law Firm, P.C. is seeking a Plaintiff-side Medical Malpractice Attorney to assist with drafting and case paperwork on a full time temporary to permanent basis. A minimum of 2 years of New York plaintiff medical malpractice experience is required. This position is primarily focused on early and mid-stage litigation documents.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Summons and Complaints in New York medical malpractice actions
- Drafting Bills of Particular
- Reviewing medical records and case materials as needed to support drafting
- Communicating as necessary to obtain factual information for pleadings
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of New York plaintiff-side medical malpractice experience (required)
- Demonstrated experience drafting Summons & Complaints and Bills of Particular in NY med-mal cases
- Motion practice
- Drafting Stipulations and Orders
- Strong legal writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
