Description:
Established law firm on the Treasure Coast & Okeechobee seeking Civil Litigation attorney for our growing litigation team. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of personal injury and/or litigation experience and be able to work in/travel to any of our 4 offices (Fort Pierce, Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, Okeechobee). Responsibilities to include:- Maintain and manage a moderate to heavy caseload of litigation cases while making consistent moves toward resolution;
- Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the litigation process
- Provide direction and communication to support staff while also holding them accountable for any work delegated;
- Draft/review pleadings, motions, and legal documents and conduct any necessary legal research
