Our firm is looking for a superstar attorney to add to our successful Employment Law Department. An ideal candidate is one who has a passion for helping people who have issues on the job such as wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation or unpaid wages. Our firm is rapidly growing due to the terrific results we have obtained for our clients. Therefore, we need to add to our outstanding team. We need an attorney that is aggressive, willing to litigate, negotiate favorable settlements, generate cases, make clients happy and simply grind. We are not offering a job, but an opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Negotiate settlements
- Evaluate and screen potential cases
- Manage deadlines and caseload independently
- Generate and develop new cases
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Employment litigation experience preferred
- Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Client-focused with strong organizational skills
Compensation: $100,000.00 per year
