We are a prominent and growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Phoenix and are seeking a Supervising Attorney to join our team! The ideal candidate is self-motivated who thrives in an independent work environment and can handle a significant caseload.As an Attorney in our Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
- Provide informative and compassionate client service.
- Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
- Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
- Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required.
- Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Arizona and in good standing with AZ Bar Association.
- Minimum 2-years of prior experience in personal injury (pay dependent on experience).
- Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
- Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
- In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
