About Us:CLS Law is a top injury litigation firm in Phoenix, AZ, and we're looking for the next addition to our team. We're seeking a personal injury or general litigation attorney with a minimum of 2 years experience. We will consider newly licensed attorneys if they're a good fit and willing to devote the time to learning how to build accident cases and litigate them to successful resolution. Our primary practice areas are auto accident, premises liability, and medical malpractice, though we also regularly take on general negligence cases, workers' compensation, and complex insurance matters. Prior insurance and/or defenses experience is a plus.
This role will primarily be focused on pre-litigation cases; however, we expect the candidate to be comfortable handling arbitration cases and regularly filling in on mediations as well.

Overview:
Pre-litigation & litigation roles available. We are located in central Phoenix and the candidate should be willing to commute to our office, though we are open to varying schedule options.
