The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about advocating for injured clients. This role is critical in guiding cases through the pre-litigation process, building strong claims, negotiating favorable settlements, and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients.
This position offers the opportunity to manage cases from intake through settlement, playing a key role in maximizing case value and client satisfaction.
As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be instrumental in shaping case outcomes and making a substantial impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through resolution
- Conduct case evaluations, liability assessments, and damages analysis
- Draft compelling demand packages supported by medical records, billing, and legal arguments
- Negotiate with insurance adjusters to achieve favorable settlements
- Maintain consistent and compassionate communication with clients
- Collaborate with case managers and support staff to ensure seamless file progression
- Advise clients on settlement offers and case strategy
- Maintain meticulous case documentation and organization
- Identify cases appropriate for litigation and prepare files for handoff when necessary
- Stay current with Nevada personal injury laws, statutes, and legal trends
- Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity
Required Experience/Skills:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school (or expected graduation Spring 2026 and scheduled to sit for the Summer 2026 bar exam)
- Admitted to practice law in Nevada (other admissions are a plus)
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience handling personal injury pre-litigation matters
- Strong knowledge of Nevada personal injury law
- Proven negotiation skills with insurance carriers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple files efficiently

- Filevine experience
- Spanish speaking
