The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3+ years' experience in litigation.
- Extensive experience in all discovery phases, including written discovery and depositions of parties and experts.
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and has impeccable communication skills.
- Demonstrate a process-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients while delivering top-notch services to existing clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling client matters efficiently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Self-motivated, and goal oriented with a record of meeting billable hours goals.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and work independently.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Nevada.
