Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Of Counsel Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for a tenacious, results-driven attorney who can run personal injury matters from intake through resolution (pre-suit and litigation, including trial preparation when needed).
This position is structured as a fee-splitting arrangement (in compliance with applicable Rules of Professional Conduct), creating a strong opportunity for tremendous upside. The firm provides the platform and support—office space, malpractice insurance, marketing, administrative support, and an ongoing pipeline of clients—so you can focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal injury caseload end-to-end, including both pre-suit and litigated matters
- Conduct case evaluation, liability and damages analysis, and strategy development
- Handle all key litigation tasks as needed:
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documentation
- Take/defend depositions; coordinate experts as necessary
- Prepare for and attend mediations, arbitrations, and hearings
- Work cases up for trial and assist in trial execution where appropriate
- Negotiate aggressively and effectively with insurance carriers and defense counsel
- Maintain excellent client communication and proactive file management
- Coordinate with medical providers and vendors; track treatment, records, bills, and liens
- Ensure deadlines are met and files remain organized and compliant
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction (and in good standing)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience handling personal injury matters on either:
- Plaintiff side, or Insurance defense/defendant side (with the ability to transition to plaintiff work)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and produce strong results
- Strong legal writing, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling a contingency-fee practice environment and moving cases efficiently
This role is a fee-splitting arrangement with substantial upside based on performance and results. Specific terms will be discussed with qualified candidates and structured consistent with ethical requirements.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
