We are seeking a junior to midlevel Restructuring and Insolvency associate to join the Newark office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk and/or experience as a practicing bankruptcy attorney with experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and out of court restructurings. Specific experience with franchisors is also desirable as is experience representing financial institutions in all phases of debtor/creditor relations.

Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service.
