Christian Sauce Law Firm, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented attorney to join our growing practice.

Position Overview:
The selected attorney will handle personal injury cases in litigation and will also prepare comprehensive settlement demands during the pre-litigation phase. The position includes managing cases from intake through resolution, including court appearances, motion practice, discovery, negotiations, and trial preparation when necessary.

In addition, the attorney will represent clients in traffic ticket matters and misdemeanor criminal cases.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury cases in active litigation
Prepare and negotiate pre-litigation settlement demand packages
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Appear in court and manage hearings
Represent clients in traffic and misdemeanor cases
Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel
